Ⅰ Register

International students must pay the specified costs at the beginning of the first semester 

of each academic year, and then go through procedures of registration with the payment 

receipt in the International Students Office, otherwise, registration is not allowed. 

At the beginning of the second semester, students can take the student card directly 

to the International Student Office to register. The fingerprint attendence of international

 students must be checked (self-support students should first finish fingerprints

 acquisition) and the student ID card must be stamped.Once beyond the registration time,

student ID card will not be stamped; Students without student ID card can take the 

fingerprint attendance record to stamp later.

Each semester, international students must arrive at school in the specified time to go 

through procedures of registration. Otherwise, the following measures will be adopted:

1）In the specified period of registration, students who fail to register on time due to 

scientific research, thesis writing or social practice, relevant certificates should be 

presented in the specified period of registration to apply for deferring of registration. 

If it happens to relative`s funeral or maternity leave, the period of asking for leaving 

will be no longer than 15 days; If students have to be hospitalized due to illness,

 registration will be done after they returen to school; If the period of asking for 

leave is longer than 1 month, a suspenion of school will be taken into effect.

2） Students who don`t apply for deferring or don`t go through procedures of 

registration on time will be considered as truancy.（4 hours of truancy will be 

calculated per day.) Students who don`t register over two weeks will be considered 

as withdrawn.
