新学期注册报到须知

注册时间：2021年2月28日至3月5日

境内学生：

1.  所有在华学生须在2021年2月28日之前返校；

2.  请及时缴清学费和住宿费，并携带学生证、护照和缴费单在2021年3月5日前到就近留学生管理办公室完成学籍注册手续（马区407/南湖N9S204/余家头办公室）；

3. 请于2月28日至3月5日期间到就近办公室进行指纹签到。

境外学生：

所有境外学生在未接到返校通知前，不得提前来华或返校。境外学生请点击链接https://www.wjx.cn/jq/60278722.aspx 进行线上注册。若因技术问题无法进行线上注册，请联系蔡老师caicai123@whut.edu.cn。

注意事项：

1.  未交清费用，不予注册及办理居留许可；

2.  境内奖学金生若未按期进行指纹签到，停发该月奖学金；

3.  如未按时报到注册，将影响你的学习安排。未注册15天以内按照旷课处理，自动丧失年度评先评优机会；未注册15天以上视作自动退学处理；

4.  在华学生若需延期返校，须履行请假手续，并在返校时到留学生管理办公室办理销假手续。请假仅作为保留学籍的依据，不作为奖学金补发的依据。

Notice on New Semester Registration

Registration Time: February 28 to March 5, 2021

Domestic students:

1. All students in China must return to campus before February 28, 2021;

2. Please pay your tuition and accommodation fees in time, and bring yourstudent book, passport and payment receipt to the nearest International StudentsOffice(Mafangshan 407/Nanhu N9S204/Yujiatou Office) to complete the registrationprocedures before March 5, 2021;

3. Please go to the nearest office to do fingerprint between February 28thto March 5th.

Overseas students:

All overseas students are not allowed to come to China or return to schoolin advance before receiving the notice of returning to school. For overseasstudents, please click https://www.wjx.cn/jq/60278722.aspxto register online. If you cannot register online due to technical problems,please contact Mrs. Cai(caicai123@whut.edu.cn).

Notice:

1. If tuition/accommodation fees are not paid, registration and residencepermit will not be processed;

2. If domestic scholarship students fail to do fingerprint on time, thescholarship for that month will be suspended;

3. Failure to register on time will affect your study arrangements.Failure to register within 15 days will be treated as absenteeism, and willautomatically lose the opportunity for annual evaluation; failure to registerfor more than 15 days will be treated as an automatic withdrawal;

4. If students in China need to postpone their return to campus, they mustgo through the leave procedures and go to the International Students Office tocomplete the leave procedure when returning. Asking for leaveis only used to retain student status, not as a basis for reissuingscholarships.
